We needed a 3 night stay, and I didn't want to blow the bank, a central location to divide and conquer with the kids (keep the little one busy) was non-negotiable- so Luxor was a trusted brand with a price point that was manageable. Vegas isn't the first place I think of as a family destination, but alas, a gymnastics meet brought us into town, and so we drove 12 hours to show our kids what happens when adults have the option to make bad decisions.
